Wellness Programs

Bonham Barbell Club partners with numerous wellness programs and employee benefits programs that allow members to access the gym free of charge. Members sign up through their health insurance plan or employer benefit plan.

If you are a member of one of these plans, you can submit THIS FORM to the gym and office staff will verify the members program eligibility and get the gym membership set up.

Once set up, the member will receive a WELCOME email from the gym that will have a QR code that must be scanned at the door to unlock the door. The gym door is always locked, and the QR code must be scanned in the window next to the front door to access the gym.

Some of these programs require you to choose one gym your memberships will be valid at, in this case, you need to choose Bonham Barbell Club as your gym.
